How to Forward Calls to your PerfectCall business line (or any number).

Call forwarding sends calls from your existing phone number to your PerfectCall number so PerfectCall can answer your calls.

Your PerfectCall Number

Use the PerfectCall number provided during setup:

Keep this number handy — you’ll paste it into your phone or carrier settings.

Option A (Recommended): Use phone settings

  1. Open your Phone app.
  2. Go to SettingsCall forwarding (wording varies).
  3. Turn forwarding on and enter (your PerfectCall number).
  4. Save.
  5. Test by calling your number from a different phone.

Option B: Dial a forwarding code

Some carriers support dial codes (also called “star codes”). These codes are not universal.

  1. Open the Phone dialer.
  2. Enter the code your carrier supports.
  3. Replace FORWARD_NUMBER with (your PerfectCall number).
  4. Press Call.

Common dial codes (your carrier may differ)

Try these only if your carrier supports them.

These are common codes for major U.S. carriers. Replace FORWARD_NUMBER with your PerfectCall number.

Troubleshooting

  • “Invalid code” / “MMI error”: your carrier uses different codes — use phone settings or contact your carrier.
  • It forwards but PerfectCall doesn’t ring: confirm you entered the correct PerfectCall number.
  • You only want forwarding sometimes: use “busy / unanswered / unreachable” instead of “all calls.”
  • Nothing works: ask your carrier for exact steps to forward calls to another number.

Hi — I need to enable call forwarding from my number to another phone number. What are the exact steps or dial codes for forward all / busy / unanswered / unreachable?

Tip: After enabling forwarding, always test by calling your number from a different phone.
