A little help

Sign in, add your key, and press Start recording. Press Stop recording when the meeting ends, then Transcribe meeting. Copy or download the finished transcript.

Your browser must allow microphone access over HTTPS. Keep the page open and device awake; locking a phone or switching apps may interrupt recording. Refreshing or closing the page loses unsaved audio and notes.

The app keeps no permanent recordings or transcripts. Temporary server recordings are deleted after success, failure, or cancellation. Abandoned files are cleaned at startup and every five minutes; failed deletions are retried. Google supplies your account identifier and verified email. SQL stores those plus your encrypted key and account dates.

Recordings go to OpenAI only when you request transcription. OpenAI’s own retention and service terms apply independently of this app’s temporary storage.
