Who Is It For?

Conference Notes can help anyone who wants a written record of a conversation, including people who find it difficult to remember everything discussed.

It can be useful for meetings, interviews, group discussions, and everyday conversations.

Free to Use

Conference Notes is provided free by Code-and-Host. There are no application subscription fees.

You will need your own OpenAI API key to process recordings. OpenAI charges separately for API usage, so transcription is not necessarily free.

Sign in with Google, configure your OpenAI API key, and you're ready to start recording.

Privacy Matters

Meeting recordings are processed to generate your transcript. Conference Notes is designed to avoid permanently storing meeting audio and transcripts on the application server.

Always inform meeting participants and obtain any consent required before recording a conversation. Transcription and speaker identification may occasionally contain errors.
